1. Scope and Operator

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website swissglow.beauty and the purchase of products through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Availability

All products offered on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and prices at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; the actual product may vary slightly.

3. Ordering

By placing an order on this website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract of sale is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Bundle Offer

The "Pick Any 2 for €74.99" bundle offer allows customers to select any two CLUERA® products from the range for a combined price of €74.99. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. The offer may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Germany, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and other EU member states. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. We recommend inspecting packages upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to returns@swissglow.beauty).

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless we agree otherwise.

8. Returns and Refunds

Outside of the statutory withdrawal right, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact returns@swissglow.beauty to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

9. Warranty and Liability

We provide statutory warranties for defective goods in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. If a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.

Our liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including texts, images, logos, and design elements — is protected by copyright and/or trademark law. CLUERA® is a registered trademark of Thomas Fortkord. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
